I photograph events of all kinds: conferences, galas, award ceremonies, company parties, networking mixers, fundraisers, alumni functions—you name it. Event coverage starts at a 2-hour minimum, with hourly pricing and custom rates available for full-day and multi-day bookings.

All images are delivered through a private online gallery where your team and guests can access, view, and download high-resolution files. If you need select images for social or press within 24 hours, just let me know.

The Important Stuff

Event coverage is billed at $400 per hour, with a two-hour minimum and a 50% deposit due at booking. If you're planning an all-day or multi-day event, I’ll put together a custom quote based on your schedule, needs, and expectations. I limit the number of events I take on each month to make sure you get the attention your event deserves.

Travel fees may apply and could include mileage, airfare, train, or hotel accommodations. We’ll discuss everything up front, and all terms are clearly outlined in your contract—no surprises, no last-minute changes without your sign-off.

Yes, a 50% deposit is required to lock in your event.

No discounts, but I’ll always work with you to find the most efficient way to get what you need within budget.

Yes! I can prep select photos for social media or press use with a quick turnaround—just let me know in advance.

Can you provide same-day delivery or quick edits?

Yes, all events come with a full print release so you can use the images however you need.
