Historic Belmont Manor Wedding

Having previously photographed Chris and Lindsey’s engagement session in 2022, their wedding day felt like a continuation of that night. I walked into the historic Belmont Manor outside of Baltimore, Maryland and let me tell you, it was nothing short of amazing. Their wedding day visually was a feast; emotionally, it was filling and physically, it was energizing.

Classic architecture, clean lines, and a gorgeous garden, Belmont Manor has the wow factor. You pull up that long drive and see the manor sitting up on the hill, and it hits you right away. Feels like the opening scene of a movie. Everything about the day was dialed in. The dress, the blue suit, the florals and the classiest of boxed wine, it all worked!

Ceremony was textbook classic.  The mix of blues and greens was clean and timeless. The ceremony space itself is tucked into the trees like it was meant to be there. You get that soft, filtered light without cooking in the sun. Early June could’ve gone either way, but this setup kept it cool and easy. You could see it. Nothing forced. Just real moments, and everyone there felt it.

Then the reception is where the party took flight. The dance floor was packed. Some people had moves, some did not, but nobody cared. That’s the point. It felt like one of those nights you don’t get enough of. Friends, family, everyone together, no distractions. It fills the soul. And just when it feels like it’s peaking, the night’s over. Still cake left. Still drinks on the table. Wedding day always ends too soon but the memory lives on.
